In a last ditch effort, a disgraced explorer sets out to find a cure and personal redemption from a mysterious island. Created out of a subtle blend of CGI and gothically-styled silhouettes, this accesses a potent imagined realm of clanking cogs, telescopes, and coal-burning engines - what has become known as the 'steampunk' genre (see also STEAMBOY). Apparently the first part of a projected 'Jasper Morello' trilogy.
