Talladega Nights: The Ballad of Ricky Bobby

Aroview: Nicely gassed and pumped-up spoof features the fearless Will Ferrell (ANCHORMAN) as a 'legendary' NASCAR race-driver who transcends his trashy pit-stop origins all the way to the chequered flag.

But coming up against a French 'Formula Un' champion, played with prissy genius by Sacha Baron-Cohen, he loses his mojo, his wife leaves him (and their two nightmarish children) and he must take the long road to regaining his deserved status. While the storyline takes a predictable two laps through the cliches, dir. McKay releases Ferrell's particular brand of endearing, potty-mouthed buffoonery and he sparks excellently with co-stars Cohen and Reilly.
