Aroview: Dubbed the second entry in the THREE...EXTREMES horror series, this pan-asian omnibus actually precedes said anthology, offering a trio of slick, atmospheric shorts with ample intelligence and flair.

‘Memories’ (Dir. Kim Ji-woon): The director of A BITTERSWEET LIFE tautly conducts the escalating tensions between a man troubled by deathly visions of his wife, who has since gone missing and has no recollection of how she came to.

‘The Wheel’ (Dir. Nonzee Nimbutr): A smoldering Thai spin on ghostly inanimate objects, telling the story of a pair of cursed puppets that fall into the hands of down-on-his-luck street performer, with deadly results.

'Going Home’ (Dir. Peter Chan): The most compelling of the three shorts looks at a policeman’s search for his lost son, soon finding more than he bargained for in his reclusive next door neighbour.
