Aroview: Applauded, regularly disturbing investigation into the mindset of anti-gay killers, bringing together a series of interviews by dir. Arthur Dong (himself a victim of a gay-bashing attack) with homophobes convicted of hate crime murders.

Probably Dong’s most confronting documentary, at its core is the dir's measure and skill in drawing candid responses from his subjects, whose psychology and rationale for killing go far deeper than simple prejudice and contempt. Revealed are religious upbringings, sexual abuse victims, and those who murdered in denial of their own sexuality.
