Aroview: Ed Stoppard, son of Sir Tom, stars as a young German boy who becomes a KGB agent in this ambitious wartime saga that sweeps from WWII to swinging, spy-mad '60s London.

Despite dubious historical accuracy, and an even more dubious title (given its non-band history), the set-pieces are especially well-mounted. The Soviet invasion in particular stands out in a film that explores the brutal nature of war, and its devastating consequences.
