New Town Killers

Aroview: Two wealthy businessmen get their kicks out of playing macabre games of cat-and-mouse with poverty-stricken victims who win money if they manage to survive.

Their latest victim is pretty-boy Sean (Pearson), who needs the cash to pay off his pregnant sister's debts - apparently as good a reason as any to be chased across Edinburgh by a murderous Dougray Scott. Ultimately this succeeds as a tight, grimy little thriller, albeit with a curious lack of social commentary considering it's haves vs have-nots subject matter.
