Aroview: An unemployed 28-year-old named Dave comes across a booklet purporting the know the meaning of life - and all for $9.99 - in this beguiling Australian stop-motion animation.

Although Dave struggles to find the revelations he seeks in the booklet, the eccentric cast of characters living in his apartment building - including Geofferey Rush as a suicidal homeless man - are more than willing to provide some insight into the existential question through their own human conundrums, ranging from the quirky to the downright cryptic. The result is charming and frustrating in equal measure, and the irony of the title will come full circle by the time the credits roll. Based on the short stories by Israeli writer Etgar Keret.
