Aroview: Very dark comedy with Hitchcockian flourishes with a nefarious real estate agent killing off old ladies who refuse to sell him their apartments in a thriving gay neighbourhood.

Though director Flahn lays it on a bit thick this is a dark comedy of unusual cruelty wit, vibrantly colored and expertly performed.
