Ja'mie: Private School Girl (TV Series)

Aroview: Chris Lilley's fourth mock-mentary series revisits Ja'mie King, a self-centred teenager first portrayed in WE CAN BE HEROES and SUMMER HEIGHTS HIGH, in her senior year at a snobby all-girls private school.

Unfortunately, Lilley has taken the most sharply drawn (and arguably, irritating) character in his stable, and allowed the cutting satire of his previous comedies to spill over into crude self-parody. Still, the laughs come thick and fast, and Lilley's performance as a bitchy mean girl is at times uncanny. Six episodes.
