Aroview: Down-at-heel family man Cliff Curtis gets roped into organising the 75th jubilee party for his one-horse town, stretching his limited resources and causing strife on the conjugal front. Nicely captures 'heartland' New Zealand, with colourful characters, choice farcical set pieces, and Curtis's star charisma carrying over some needlessly doleful drama.
