With its close attention to break-dancing, graffiti, DJ-ing and rapping, historical importance outweighs the sometimes amateurish filming. Among the roster of old-school heroes on offer are Grandmaster Flash, Rocksteady Crew and Double Trouble.

3 stars (Good Enough) Provided you are not a ratepayer the graffiti segments are well done and complement the music and dance scenes. The Bronx settings are perfect. ~Tubbs
