Aroview: Set within a New York diner and the coming-and-going of customers and staff, this gentle indie-drama serves up some charming comedy to accompany the struggles of 30-something waitress Anna Thomson.

Suffers from some miscasting in the main roles, but the going-nowhere-fast conversations and quirky script leave one pleasantly off-centre.
