Aroview: Unique "exquisite corpse"* documentary follows a multi- faceted (to say the least) story constructed on the fly by rural Thailanders, and shot in black & white in his inimitable style by the Thai wunderkind universally known as "Joe". The end result is a kind of "village surrealism" not much like anything you've seen before.

* An old Surrealist storytelling technique, wherein a variety of writers would contribute to a story one sentence at a time, without knowing much about what the previous sentences contained.
