Dir. George Lucas
Rating: [M]
Genres: Science Fiction, Family / Outer Space
Aroview: Dir. George Lucas completes his blockbusting space opera saga with a gratifying flourish, providing certainly the most thrilling of the 'prequels' and a coherent narrative bridge to the chronologically-later films (which were actually filmed first).
In this 'episode', the central figure of Anakin Skywalker / Darth Vader (Christensen) is sucked further away from the path of Jedi-ism by personal tragedies and the seductions of the Sith ideology. Despite a lack of wit and subtlety, the film compensates by flooding the screen with scintillating dog-fights and duels, sinister drama and a generous smorgasbord of sci-fi eye-candy.

3 stars (Good Enough) The lead Christensen is not much chop but thankfully it is not an actors film and the special effects, the design work, and the creature people make it all worthwhile. ~Tubbs
Includes a full-length documentary, two featurettes "The Chosen One" & "It's All for Real" - and a 15-part collection of Lucasfilms groundbreaking web documentaries.
