Stella Street
Aroview: Worthy bigscreen spinoff of the British TV sketch series, in which two actors (Sessions and Cornwell) impersonate a range of Hollywood stars (Michael Caine, Jack Nicholson, Al Pacino...) who have all decided to move to a nondescript suburban street and settle quietly down.
Sparking off the interractions between the celebs and their hard-to-impress neighbours (played also by Sessions and Cornwell), a 'suspense' plot eventually materialises when a gang of crims twig to concentrated possibilities for lifting some cash from the wealthy residents. Probably best appreciated by devotees of the original series, this still manages to string its one idea out with an admirable degree of inventiveness.
