Doctor Who (TV Series) [Patrick Troughton]
Aroview: After the disappearance of William Hartnell, the cult BBC series continued with Patrick Troughton assuming the mantle of the enigmatic time-traveller 'Doctor Who', now revealed for the first time as a Time Lord. Troughton's character was more quirky and slapstick, with an alarming propensity for playing his recorder at times of stress.
'The Seeds of Death' - The 'Ice Men' of Mars plan to invade 21st century Earth via a teleportation device.
'The Three Doctors' - A later story from the Pertwee years sees Troughton re-entering the 'time stream'.
'Lost in Time 1-3' - A fascinating collection of lost episodes from the 1960s, from series which no longer exist in their entirety.
"The Power of the Daleks" and "The Faceless Ones" are hand-drawn animated re-creations of the lost adventures, synchronised with the original 1960's audio recordings.
