Planman, The

Aroview: Ingenious two-part thriller in which Robbie Coltrane, in a near-reprise of his CRACKER role, plays a clever Scottish lawyer who in his boredom creates a master criminal plan for a bank raid.

Wildly successful, he finds his new double-life both exciting and dangerous, but must devise his most cunning plan yet when a police detective blackmails him into betraying his gangland collaborators. Coltrane is in his element playing a cynical outwitter.
