Aroview: Rarely-seen film by indie iconoclast John Cassavetes, described by some as he at his self-indugent worst, but praised in other quarters for its inspired eccentricity.

A free-wheeling tale of ordinary madness and not-so-quiet desperation, it centres around Cassavetes himself as an alcoholic trash writer living in the Hollywood Hills who plays host to various lonely and neurotic folk, including his brink-of-divorce sister (Rowlands) and brother-in-law (Cassel).
