Aroview: Powder-puff girls Hilary and Haylie Duff go from riches to rags in this mostly slim-witted stab at vacuous socialites having to slum it with the working class, after the two sisterly heiresses learn that their to-be-inherited cosmetic empire may be under threat.

Even with low blows aimed at the Hiltons, the Olsens, and America’s general populous of vapid teen celebrity, this still panders to the very demographic it attempts to reform. Lightened by some predictable culture-clash scenarios (ala THE SIMPLE LIFE), the film ultimately yields by rewarding the priveleged Duffs with even more material wealth – despite displaying all characteristics of two outrageously spoilt brats throughout.
