Wave Twisters

Aroview: From the album ‘Wave Twisters’, DJ Qbert’s turntable stylizations are transformed into a form of conceptual animated ecstasy through creative collaboration between musician, graffiti artist Doug Cunningham, and animators Garon and Henry.

Also masquerading as a gleefully incoherent sci-fi adventure, this pastiches STAR WARS, retro video game chic, and various other pop-cultural artifacts, all the while meshing image and sound to spawn a fidgety, epileptic visual treat.
