Mrs Bradley Mysteries, The (TV Series)

Aroview: Short-lived but rewarding variation on the mystery serial turns the clock back to the 1920s, where upper class socialite Adela Bradley dabbles in crime-solving when not sipping cocktails and entertaining esteemed guests.

As an impeccable period recreation, this has at least one point of difference from the deluge of British sleuth series, while Diana Rigg possesses a certain sophistication and spunk in the middle-aged role.
