Aroview: Documentary icon Michael Moore's latest broadside utilizes his tried-and-true one-man approach to expose the inherent 'malpractice' and idiocy of the American healthcare system.

Even more didactic than usual Moore outings, here he as much focuses on the solution as the problem, with an agenda clearly to win the hearts and minds of his fellow Americans by targeting the peculiar stigma that Americans attach to 'socialized medicine' (ie. state-run health care). As a result this has less surprise and relevance to an international audience, but that doesn't make it any less worthy or important.
