Aroview: Seasoned 'women's' director George Cukor remakes OLD ACQUAINTANCES in his final film, about two close friends turned literary rivals. A far cry from the sophistication of Cukor's THE WOMEN, even if Bisset and Bergen get to channel their inner bitch.
