Aroview: Spiffy addition to the Thai martial arts boom, with action centered around the recovery of a magical ‘tiger blade’, by cops and robbers alike.

In a break from current action trends (ala the unaided stunt work of ONG-BAK), this employs Hong Kong-style wirework and elaborate combat sequences to outlandish, wildly cartoonish effect. Bad acting and a nonsensical plot round out the film’s guilty pleasures.
