4 stars (Very Good) I loved this film. Funny, stylish, smart and jagged, it's a template for (& better than) films like Big Lebowski, Inherent Vice, etc. Keep an eye out for Arnold Schwarzenegger. ~Toby Dammit

3 stars (Good Enough) Gould (the one with the permanent cigarette) is well cast in this at times untidy screenplay. Not great but it is probably a film you could see more than once without being bored. ~Tubbs
