Cleaner

Aroview: Noir-ish thriller stars Sam Jackson as an ex-cop-turned-crime-scene-cleaner who inadvertently finds himself embroiled in a high-level cover-up.

While Harris and Jackson are typically on form, the script lends itself more to an unexceptional TV crime-drama, with the all-too-obvious central metaphor and logic-defying denouement undeniably diluting the film's modicum of suspenseful momentum.
