King of Fridges
Aroview: Brit comedy in which an enthusiastic electrical store worker gets the chance to be manager on the all important busy bank holiday, but finds himself in a nasty "trap" when he must take on an incompetent middle-age trainee in the form of Richard Wilson (ONE FOOT IN THE GRAVE). Written by playwright Tim Firth, who also wrote CALENDAR GIRLS.
This comedy is part of a project that brought three successful TV writers together to write individual scripts based around the theme of "being trapped." The two other stories in the series are VON TRAPPED and BEAUTY.
