Aroview: Likeable cross-cultural fare contemporizes the oft-told GUESS WHO’S COMING TO DINNER predicament by throwing Judaism and Islam into the mix, with Zem and de France struggling to win the approval of their respective Muslim and Jewish families.

Lacks the political punch, but that’s hardly the point, with the film’s two agreeable leads keeping this on appealing Gallic-relationship terms.
