Aroview: Quite charming cross-cultural comedy follows the romantic fortunes of an American call centre manager (Hamilton) sent to India to train his replacement.

Despite betraying a limited grasp of globalisation's repercussions, this recasts familiar elements of cultural difference into a sweetly sincere and rather old-fashioned story of the difficulties and rewards of understanding and reciprocity, with the vibrant Indian setting lending the film an exotic aura that's as much a part of the romance as the main love story.
