Octagon, The
Aroview: Economical Chuck Norris martial arts adventure focusing on a retired karate champion recruited to take out a group of Central American terrorists he also holds a personal vendetta against.
This action flick takes its sweet time getting up to speed and is hampered by unnecessary plot developments which only get in the way of the prerequisite Norris action sequences that give the last half hour a much-needed boost of energy.

2 stars (Good Try) About what you would expect - solid for its type. ~Tubbs
3 stars (Good Enough) The introduction of the ninja to American cinema, so either add or deduct a star depending on whether you think that was a positive or negative development. It's a decent US action movie of the period, hampered only by Chuck's extreme lack of charisma. ~Pearce
