Aroview: Cynical drama series that gives us a new anti-hero in Walter White (Cranston), a high school chemistry teacher who turns to a life of drug-dealing after discovering he has terminal lung cancer.
He's doing it all for his family, of course, and it is to Cranston's credit that we're still gunning for him even when he's disposing of a body; indeed, the morally ambiguous territory leaves only one surety, the brutality of the drug trade. Tough, rewarding viewing.
Season One: seven episodes across three discs.

5 stars (Exceptional) Completely addictive (sorry!) with an excellent cast, pitch-black humour and an unpredictable rhythm. A standout among the premium cable shows. ~HiFi
