Aroview: Six blokes shed their inhibitions and stereotypical masculinity in this big-hearted Australian indie, centred on a series of group support meetings.

Reflecting on the male condition, the film promises an all too earnest study of fatherhood, abandonment, and women, although gradually earns our sympathy through a believable ensemble cast and several poignant moments that don’t feel too manipulative, despite clearly being geared towards a catharsis-through-confession. We'll call it a 'mate' movie.
