Aroview: Low-key comedy starring Jason Biggs as a soldier mistakingly sent to a base deep in the frozen wasteland of Greenland during the 1970s.

Armed with a solid gasp of the absurd, dir. Metzstein pays attention to the admittedly familiar cast of characters, even if the narrative does tend to trickle off into the beautifully shot Arctic landscape. Biggs shrugs off his dorky AMERICAN PIE persona with a quiet, nuanced performance.
