Aroview: Serial killer convention receives an enjoyable, shameless workout with this Hong Kong policier, centred on a police investigator framed for a series of grisly murders.

Although too ludicrous and derivative for some, those willing to surrender to the story’s preposterous twist will find the film’s final third an entertaining and outrageous farce.
