Invisibles, The (TV Series)

Aroview: Crooked comedy sees Antony Head (BUFFY THE VAMPIRE SLAYER) and Warren Clarke (DALZIEL AND PASCOE) play two notorious ex-crims struggling with retirement who soon find themselves succumbing to the allure of 'one last job'.

Despite the fairly tame material they have to work with, the central pair both deliver great performances, with Head having a great time in particular. It's a pity then, that it all sums up to a tired mediation on the difficulties of growing old, rather than a celebration of it.
