Aroview: Moody provincial drama of death and betrayal reunites Delon and Signoret, this time on opposite sides of the law.

More a character study than a nail biter with Chapot demonstrating a fine eye for landscapes, and an even finer one for family dynamics. The only down side a somewhat intrusive Jean-Michel Jarre score.
