Aroview: Tough autobiographical drama set in the 1970s concerns three siblings forced to fend for themselves in the face of a neglectful mother.

Well made but fairy pedestrian for the first half the film's power hinges on a second act tragedy. Petty proves to be a director of promise and is aided by some fine performances with Jennifer Lawrence particularly strong in the lead.
