Aroview: A stoic tale of hardship and humanity in New Dehli, centred on an upstanding rickshaw driver whose code of honesty and responsibility sees a dying man bequath his fortune to him.
Perhaps a little too reductive in its characterisations, this is never the less a modest and effectively told parable of ‘reaping what you sow’, with the film’s simplicity delivering a heartwarming finale in the spirit of Vittorio De Sica.
