Debut entry for Wingrove is a middling entry in the micro-genre of 'nunspoitation', marred by some seriously pretentious theological discussion. Its also a little too tasteful to rank along side such sleazoid classics as "Images in a Convent" or "Flavia the Heretic", but that's not to say that 'nundie' fans won't find something here to treasure.
