Aroview: Striking fantasy that follows a gangly teenager who discovers that he's the son of Poseidon and has inherited some of Dad's powers. Percy soon finds himself called into battle when Zeus' lightning is stolen.

Based on the popular series of books this is a worthy rival to the HARRY POTTER franchise. Slightly darker in tone than the boy wizard, it nimbly jumps between several genres and mixes the mundane and the mythical to good effect.
