Aroview: Downbeat and convoluted thriller with a dying cop roping in his loyal partner in a scheme to steal a shipment of cocaine from a drug lord.

Straining to show its neo-noir credentials this merely routine policier lumbers along through a succession of dimly lit scenes, but Argento and Depardieu are seldom dull and there's some classy set-pieces to savour.
