Luther (TV Series)

Aroview: Stylish, swaggering BBC cop show created by SPOOKS-scriptwriter (and currently Wellington resident) Neil Cross stars THE WIRE's Idris Elba as a dashing detective pitted against a mastermind female serial killer, among other outrageous adversaries. Plenty of cliches and a scarcely plausible plot add to, rather than detract from, the show's appeal as a kind of 'police procedural James Bond'.
