Honey
Aroview: A gorgeous, contemplative coming-of-age tale, centred on a young boy and his father, a rural beekeeper, in an idyllic mountainous region of Turkey.
Though there's little explained, or indeed said, during the film's unhurried duration, this is so well attuned to the prevailing style of European arthouse cinema - long takes, elegant silences, and meditative imagery - that one can't help but be swept along by its beauty and grace.

3 stars (Good Enough) Lost innocence. Father and son. Sad but true. Bora Atlas is superb for one so young. A difficult part for a child. The silent moments in the valley's, forest and rivers are palpable. Not a light film but so effective. ~Pops
5 stars (Exceptional) A beautiful movie! ~Birdwing
