Raid, The
Aroview: The finest Asian action export since ONG-BAK, pitting an out-of-their-depth SWAT team against a tenement of drug dealers, murderers, and underworld criminals, whose ruthless overlord resides on the building's heavily guarded top floor.
Combining the best elements of video game ultra-violence with a scarcely believable physicality between stunt performers, this is an unadulterated action vehicle that succeeds in raising the bar to a near-unreachable height for all martial arts movies to come.

4 stars (Very Good) A hard-hitting, gritty, at times stomach-churning actioner that is among the best of the last decade. A must-see for action and kung fu fans! ~Tom H
0 star (Not rated) 7.6 ~wellor
1 star (Turkey) The choreography is slick but as with the rest of the screenplay, it has violence as a base. There are few breaks from the violence which soon repeats itself and just gets more and more boring. ~Tubbs
