Emoji Movie, The
“There have been worse ideas, but in this case the execution isn’t good enough to bring the notion of an emoji movie to funky, surprising life.”~Variety
Aroview: The first "textploitation" movie, set inside your smartphone which in fact harbours a bustling micro-city called Textopolis where the emoji population have only one facial expression - except for Gene - an exuberant, multi-expressive emoji who just wants to be normal. :)
Features the shamelessly well-paid voices of T.J. Miller, James Corden, Anna Faris, Maya Rudolph, Steven Wright, Jennifer Coolidge, Patrick Stewart, Christina Aguilera, Sofía Vergara.

1 star (Turkey) With lazy animation, generic characters, hypocritical and confusing messages, and jokes that not even children laughed at in the cinema, I'm not sure if this movie even qualifies as "so bad that it's good". ~H.T.B.
2 stars (Good Try) I'm an old dinosaur - what emoji do I use to indicate two stars? ?? ~Tubbs
