Path, The (TV Series)

Aroview: Compelling drama following a family who belong to a mysterious cult in upstate New York. Themes of relationships, faith and power are explored, with Aaron Paul and Michelle Monaghan excellent as a spiritually conflicted husband and his creepily devoted wife. Hugh Dancy is also well cast as the charismatic and power hungry cult leader. Definitely worth a look for fans of wacky new age religious movements, as the cult portrayed is built on a grab-bag of ideas from shamanism, Buddhism, Scientology, Freemasonry and more.
