Chisum

Aroview: A western starring John Wayne, very loosely based around events from the Lincoln County War in 1878, when a conflict arose over the control of goods and cattle in New Mexico Territory. Features the historical characters John Chisum (Wayne), Pat Garrett and Billy the Kid. Adapted for the screen by Andrew J. Fenady, from his short story Chisum and the Lincoln County Cattle War.
