Breakfast at Tiffany's
Aroview: Audrey Hepburn is just lovely as an uptown Manhattan socialite who proves a major distraction for her writer neighbour. A chic, carefree frolic based on Truman Capote's novel.

4 stars (Very Good) Old Hollywood cinema, a high-class New York call-girl from humble beginnings meets a struggling writer who moves into her apartment building. It's a sweet funny romantic comedy that's still very much adored today. ~GenXGirl
2 stars (Good Try) As much as I love Audrey, I think she's miscast and the film is pretty empty. I still cry at the end, but it's while I'm thinking her best film is 'Sabrina'. ~HiFi
2 stars (Good Try) Shallow characters talk their way through the best part of two hours. Rooney is ridiculous and his character racist. Memorable song. ~Tubbs
