Aroview: Musical maestro Jacques Demy's last picture was this pseudo-documentary conceived around singer and actor Yves Montand, who returns to his home city of Marseille to rehearses a stage musical based on his early life, only to fall in love with the leading lady, who happens to be the daughter of his first love.
