Egg and I, The

Synopsis: A comedy starring Claudette Colbert and Fred MacMurray as a married couple who move to the countryside to become chicken farmers. While husband Bob attracts the attention of a local rich woman, wife Betty struggles to adjust to rural life. Based on the book of the same name by Betty MacDonald, it led to the "Ma and Pa Kettle" series consisting of nine films.
